DESCRIPTION:Chakra Balancing 2 day Workshop\nSound Therapy and Vibrational Essences\nRe-Balance\, Restore\, Revitalise\, Awareness\, Connection\, Transformation\nJoin us in this fantastic journey through the Chakras\, this is a unique opportunity to be in a safe space within a small group of like minded people max. group size is only 8 people. \nThere will be TWO Chakra balancing workshops over a period of 2 weeks– we will cover all the 7 chakras over the course of the programme. \nEach Workshop will last approx. 2.5 hours in length. \nAt each workshop you will receive: \n\nA Sound Bath with Gongs\, tonal instruments used are Tibetan and crystal singing bowls\, gongs and tuning forks alongside the Shruti Box and shamanic drum to name but a few.\nA Vocal Sounding session that focuses on the 7 Chakra Sounds.\nA presentation and discussion about the vibrational flower essences to help balance the energy in each Chakra.\nA bottle of vibrational flower essences to take home and use between workshops.\nCrystals associated with each of the chakras.\nTime for reflection\, sharing and witnessing your experiences.
